
Andrew Raymond

Andrew Raymond is a seasoned intellectual property attorney whose experience encompasses all aspects of patent practice, including domestic and foreign patent preparation and prosecution, directed claiming strategies, post-grant proceedings including inter partes reviews and reexaminations, opinion work, and patent portfolio management and counseling. Additionally, Andrew has years of experience in patent litigation, licensing, and portfolio assessment and valuation.
A main focus of Andrew’s practice is on wireless communications, and particularly on cellular (4G, 5G, and 6G 3GPP) and Wi-Fi (IEEE 802.11) networks, devices, technologies, and standards. Andrew also has experience with satellite communication systems, graphics processing and encoding, video streaming, artificial intelligence, machine learning, neural networks, autonomous and semi-autonomous vehicle control technologies, facial recognition systems, virtual/augmented reality, cardiac pumps, semiconductor device and microprocessor technology and fabrication, integrated circuits, MEMS devices, electrical grounding systems, electrical conduits and conductors, overvoltage protection circuits, computer and computing system architecture, data center and data network architectures, and data encryption.
Andrew received his B.S. in electrical engineering from Case Western Reserve University, and received his J.D. from Harvard Law School.
